ProxyGuys offers a one-hour demo for just $5 and a 24hr subscription for just $20. We provide this so that you are able to test our services for a very low investment and determine if they are suitable for your needs.
When you signup for a weekly or monthly plan you agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made following your service plan. For these reasons we only offer a refund if you make the request within 24hrs of submitting payment and we will only refund your last payment. The only reasons for a refund are when you are unable to connect to the proxy with our support’s help in 24 hours or we are unable to deliver the service for you anymore. To be fair, no other exceptions are made.
We do not offer a refund on our $5 one-hour demo or our $20 day-pass proxy packages.
We guarantee that your proxies will be “online” meaning you are able to connect and go to Google.com successfully. We do not guarantee that your proxies will work for your specific campaign or for account creation because we have no control over what limitations other sites may impose on Verizon Wireless mobile IPs and have no way of knowing if the problem is with your method or with the site itself and thus our guarantee is limited to you being able to connect and visit Google.com in your browser.
We do NOT offer refunds on our static & rotating proxies. Please purchase a smaller testing plan before committing to a larger purchase.
You will always be refunded the amount you paid in the currency you paid it in. Ex: if you paid 0.760427 LTC which let’s say it’s worth $100 USD. If you request a refund you will be refunded 0.760427 LTC not the equivalent to $100.
